A new senior housing project is under construction taking shape and form at 995 South Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story apartment complex offering housing for senior locals. The project replaced a small office building and a warehouse on the site.
MorningStar Senior Living is listed as the project developer. KTGY is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a new five-story structure that will contain 76 units of senior housing on top of subterranean parking.
The housing complex will also feature a small courtyard near the center of the site, as well as a rear driveway and drop off area which would connect with MorningStar’s existing senior housing complex to the north.
The project is the third and final phase of a larger planned development, named MorningStar Senior Living of Pasadena. The earlier two components of the senior housing complex were completed in 2003 and 2008, and recently underwent a renovation.
