A new mixed-use project is under construction taking shape and form at its project site at 3839 Washington Boulevard, Arlington Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering spaces for retail and residential uses.
Shalabi Enterprises Partners is the project developer. Khal Khaireddin Architects is responsible for the designs.
Wood framing is on the rise for the mixed-use affordable housing complex, rising five stories high. The mixed-use will offer 31 apartment units designed as two-bedroom floor plans, along with ground-floor commercial space spanning an area of 2,200 square feet. Parking for 52 vehicles will also be provided.
The mixed-use complex will also feature two courtyards and a rooftop deck. Renderings reveal a contemporary style for the facade, designed in brick veneer, stucco, and concrete.
The project site is located near Norton Avenue. The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
