A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 1600 South Flower Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new mixed-use property featuring two towers offering spaces for hotel and housing.
Jade Enterprises is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of two towers featuring a 300-room hotel, 250 residential units, 3,200 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space, 10,000 square feet of medical offices, and parking for 288 vehicles. The 22-story hotel will face Flower Street and the 23-story residential building will from Hope Street.
Renderings reveal two modern glass-clad towers, rising 260 feet in height. Plans call for amenity decks at the podium and roof levels, and other common features such as fitness centers and meeting rooms.
Pending approval, construction is expected to span over a 32-month period.
The project site is located near the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown Los Angeles, north of the 10 Freeway. The proposed development has frontage on Venice Boulevard and Hope Street.
