A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at its project site located at 738 North Vendome Street in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of two new single-family residences. The project site previously housed a single-family residence built in the 1930s that was demolished for the new project to come to fruition.
Development House is listed as the project developer. Architecture firm Yu2e Inc is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a new infill housing project consisting of two new duplex residences with attached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The resulting six homes would all be approximately 1,100 square feet in size and include two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The project site is a parcel located on a lot toward the east side of Silver Lake Boulevard. Construction is expected to wrap up in early 2026.
