A new hospital project is under construction taking shape and form at 6000 San Vicente Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the construction of a new five-story medical project to be used as a surgical facility.
Mesa Design Architects is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a new five-story surgery center. Named DOCS Surgical Hospital, construction is almost complete for the medical facility. The hospital will feature four operating theaters and an imaging center. Plans also call for medical offices, a pharmacy, and ground-floor commercial space. Additionally, a 40-car garage will also be developed within the property.
Rendering reveal a facade designed in concrete, terra cotta, and glass. The facility will also feature a rooftop healing garden to be used but patients, staff, and visitors.
The project broke ground in 2023. The hospital is expected to reach completion in 2026
