Plans are moving forward for a major redevelopment at 100 Corporate Pointe Walk in Culver City, where Alliance Residential is pursuing approval for a large mixed-use residential project in the Fox Hills neighborhood. The proposal would replace an existing office property with a new housing-focused complex positioned along Slauson Avenue and Buckingham Parkway.
Project materials describe a multi-building structure ranging from five to seven stories in height and containing a total of 351 residential units. Ground-level commercial space totaling approximately 4,700 square feet is incorporated into the design, along with structured parking providing more than 500 vehicle spaces. Thirty of the apartments would be reserved as deed-restricted affordable housing, allowing the project to utilize California’s Density Bonus provisions.

Architectural plans prepared by KFA Architecture depict a wrap-style configuration that encloses interior courtyards while activating the street edge with retail and walk-up residential units. Landscape plans by MJS Landscape Architecture emphasize internal open space, pedestrian circulation, and landscaped gathering areas distributed throughout the site.

The redevelopment forms part of a broader wave of residential proposals in Fox Hills, a district that has increasingly attracted higher-density housing projects as aging commercial properties are reconsidered for new uses. If approved, the Corporate Pointe Walk project would add a substantial number of homes to the area while reshaping a prominent site near major arterial corridors.
