A new residential project is under construction, taking shape and form at 18419 South Western Avenue in Torrance. The project proposal includes the construction of three-story for-sale residences.
Schiappa Homes is responsible for the designs.
Named The Sakura Villas, the scope of work includes the construction of 15 townhomes, designed as a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. The townhomes will span ranging from 1,270 to 1,635 square feet in size. The project also proposes to develop a small, shared green space at the rear of the property.
The townhomes will also have two-car and three-car garages, as well as six guest parking spots.
The approved site plan lays out a series of three-story buildings set up around a common driveway. Renderings reveal a contemporary design for the facade. The low-rise townhomes also feature rear patios and a shared landscaped area.
The project site is a vacant parcel located north of the I-405 Freeway. The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
