A new residential project is proposed for development at 232 South Doheny Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new apartment building offering nine residential units. The project calls for the demolition of a single-family residence on the site.

Architect Jamsheed Sobhani is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing single-family residence and construction of a new five-story apartment complex offering nine units. Parking will be provided for 13 vehicles on the site. The apartment complex will feature two rooftop decks.

The project requests approvals for density bonus incentives to allow a larger structure than would otherwise be allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, one of the proposed one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments is to be set aside for rent by very low-income households.

A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The project site is located two blocks south of Wilshire Boulevard.
