A new multi-million dollar hotel has began construction at 3737 Stadium Drive in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new 13-story hotel building offering 300+ rooms and onsite amenities.
KPC Development Co., a company with holdings in both California and India, is the project developer. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is designing the hotel.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new a 13-story hotel building offering 300 rooms. Named the Kali Hotel, the hotel will be the only hotel within the Hollywood Park complex. Officially known as the Kali Hotel and Rooftop, Autograph Collection, 34 suites intended to cater to sports and entertainment figures visiting nearby venues including SoFi Stadium, the YouTube Theater, Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum.
Guests will be able to enjoy a rooftop bar, three restaurants, a pool deck, a fitness center, 20,000 square feet of meeting space, and subterranean parking for 315 vehicles.
The project design team also includes Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence. Clayco is serving as builder.
The hotel will be located along Stadium Drive next to Hollywood Park’s artificial lake, and will be a part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
The hotel will rise near SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. The hotel is being built on land ground leased from Kroenke Holdings, which owns the Los Angeles Rams and the Hollywood Park complex. The 13-story Kali Hotel is expected to break ground later this month, and is on track to open by 2026.
