Park Elm Residences Debuts Designer Model Homes in Century City

Park Elm Residences at Century Plaza has unveiled three fully furnished model residences designed in collaboration with RH, offering prospective buyers a move-in-ready look at life inside the residential towers in Century City. The new homes showcase distinct interior concepts that complement the architecture by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners while emphasizing expansive views, natural light, and contemporary living.

Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, Park Elm Residences comprises two 44-story residential towers overlooking Century City. The development features floor-to-ceiling windows, glass-wrapped balconies, and sweeping views extending from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. Residents have access to a comprehensive amenity package including a resort-style pool and spa, fitness facilities, concierge services, and a private gated setting adjacent to the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel.

The debut reflects increasing demand for turnkey residences, with buyers seeking homes that are immediately livable without sacrificing design. Furnished exclusively by RH, the model residences present fully realized interiors that pair well the project’s panoramic city, mountain, and Pacific Ocean vistas.

The largest of the trio, Residence 31A, spans 3,954 square feet and includes three bedrooms. The residence is characterized by a neutral palette designed to amplify natural daylight and frame sweeping ocean and mountain views, through the use of soft linen upholstery, oak furnishings, and understated decorative elements.

Residence 27B offers 2,281 square feet across two bedrooms and adopts a more layered aesthetic. Sculptural furnishings, tactile finishes, and a custom built-in bookshelf create visual depth throughout the home. The residence demonstrates how texture and carefully scaled furnishings can define individual living spaces that don’t compete with the expansive views outside.

The third model, Residence 25C, encompasses 2,940 square feet with two bedrooms and presents a richer material palette inspired by the surrounding cityscape and Hollywood Hills. Warm wood tones, polished metal accents, and contrasting finishes introduce a more dramatic expression while remaining consistent with the development’s design aesthetic.

All Park Elm residences feature ceiling heights of at least 10 feet, wide plank oak flooring, custom oak wall paneling in living areas, and seamless indoor-outdoor living with expansive terraces. Materials including travertine, quartz, oak, linen, and limewash were selected for their ability to respond to changing daylight conditions, creating interiors that evolve from morning through sunset. Homes have prewired systems for lighting, shading, audio, climate control, and automated window treatments controllable from a phone or tablet. RH furnishings, Kallista fixtures, and Miele appliances further elevate the residential experience.
