Sales have opened for a 43-home residential community at 122 North Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, where Toll Brothers is advancing a project previously entitled by City Ventures. The development extends across 122 and 126 North Pacific Coast Highway and 208 Central Court, with the City of Redondo Beach approving a 43-unit condominium project that includes three residences reserved for very low-income households.
Toll Brothers is marketing the development as Toll Brothers at Redondo Beach. The builder’s current plans offer three-bedroom townhomes with attached two-car garages, with four home designs ranging from approximately 1,730 to 2,123 square feet. Current starting prices range from $1,976,995 for the Arra plan to $2,188,995 for the Lido Elite.
The entitlement approved by the Redondo Beach Planning Commission calls for 43 homes distributed among eight buildings. The project was originally filed by City Ventures on property owned by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and received approvals for a conditional use permit, design review, and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 84401. The three income-restricted residences form part of the project’s affordable housing commitment.
The rendering shows the development composed of attached three-story townhome forms rather than a single continuous building. Light stucco frames broad sections of the facade, while gray horizontal siding and stone veneer add contrast across the upper and lower levels. Dark metal railings define projecting balconies, and individual entries are expressed along the ground floor. Large rectangular windows and stepped facade sections break the building into smaller visual bays.
Site work was already underway earlier in 2026, and Toll Brothers opened its off-site sales center in September. The company expects model homes to open in early 2027. The current community page lists both two- and three-story home designs, with three bedrooms and between two-and-a-half and three-and-a-half bathrooms depending on the plan.
The project replaces existing St. James Church support facilities and associated parking areas while retaining the residential program approved by the City. The development is being built as a for-sale community, with its combination of market-rate townhomes and three very low-income units reflecting the density-bonus framework incorporated into the original entitlement.
