The development extends across 122 and 126 North Pacific Coast Highway and 208 Central Court, with the City of Redondo Beach approving a 43-unit condominium project that includes three residences reserved for very low-income households.

Ground has broken at 4th Street and Main Street, in Santa Ana. The brand new project is being built in the city’s downtown by Toll Brothers Apartment Living and partner EJF Capital. It is “The first luxury multifamily community to be built here in decades,” according to Charles Elliott, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. “The Rafferty” is the Company’s Second Multifamily Community in the larger area of Orange County.
