A new residential development has been proposed at 1316 Douglas Street in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of ten houses on a site near Dodger Stadium. Plans call for the redevelopment of a hillside property with new small-lot houses.
Riverside-based homebuilder P. Joseph Development is the project developer. Named Douglas 10, the sales prices are expected to start at $1.2 million. Plans call for the construction of 10 single-family dwellings, each featuring rooftop decks above ground-level parking.

Inspired by Scandi-modern design and a mix of moody and fun tones, the contemporary designs feature double-glazed, black-on-black glass windows, gourmet kitchens with quartz island waterfalls, luxury master baths, and huge bedrooms. The residences will be equipped with a host of smart-home and eco-conscious features.
The houses will each span more than 2,000 square feet and are on pace for completion in Spring 2023.
