A new residential project is soon going to be on the market at 3601 South McLaughlin Avenue in Mar Vista. The project proposal includes the construction of six small lot houses. Plans called for the demolition of a fourplex on the site.
The owner of the property is listed as the entity 1485 PH, LLC. Venice-based Design Universal is the architect behind houses.
Construction for six new small lot residences has nearly reached completion at its site, a corner lot in Mar Vista. The new project consists of six single-family dwellings, designed as a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans. All of the homes will feature a two-car garage at street level.
The project site is located a few blocks north of Venice Boulevard, previously developed with a residence.
Renderings reveal that all houses stand four stories in height, with frontage on Charnock Road to the north. The building facades are clad in painted stucco and wood siding. The property was entitled for development by Lewis Futterman. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
