A new office complex is under construction, taking shape and form at 1640 14th Street in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story building offering spaces for office, retail, and parking uses. The project replaced a brick building and a parking lot on the site. Redcar Properties is the project developer. HGA is responsible for the designs.
