Design Changes Proposed for 2025 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica
New design changes have been proposed for a mixed-use residential project proposed at 2025 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story mixed-use apartment building offering 150 dwelling units. The project requires the demolition of the existing commercial buildings on the site. Cypress Equity Investments is the project developer. DLR Group is responsible for the designs.
