A new housing project is under construction taking shape and form at 2434 Birkdale Avenue in Frogtown. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential complex offering 35 live-work residential units. The project calls for the demolition of a former industrial building located on the site. Pan Am Equities is the project developer. Rios is responsible for the designs.
