The project proposal includes the conversion of the top floors of an office building into housing. The property is part of the former headquarters campus of Farmers Insurance. CMCT, a Dallas-based real estate investment trust affiliated with CIM Group is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs. Agency Artifact serves as the landscape architect.
