New Look For a Mixed-Use at 9467 West Olympic Boulevard, Beverly Hills
A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 9467 West Olympic Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new eight-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project is slated to replace a Pavilions grocery store on the site. Moshe and Laura Aflalo and the Aflalo Family Trust are listed as the project applicants. Ottinger Architects is responsible for the designs.
