A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 9467 West Olympic Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new eight-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project is slated to replace a Pavilions grocery store on the site.
Moshe and Laura Aflalo and the Aflalo Family Trust are listed as the project applicants. Ottinger Architects is responsible for the designs.
New renderings have been published for the proposed mixed-use development. The proposed Builder’s Remedy development would consist of an eight-story building featuring 110 apartments atop a 16,000-square-foot market on the ground floor. Out of the total, 20 percent of the proposed housing must be reserved for rent by low-income households i.e., 22 residential units.
The building will be capped by a rooftop deck, and feature community rooms, a gym, and co-working spaces.
The project site is located at the intersection of Olympic and Beverly Boulevards in Beverly Hills.

This design has a split personality, looks like a heavy parking structure with windows that has clashing unrelated elements slapped on at ground level.
