The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. Plans call for the redevelopment of a shuttered restaurant, Sizzler, on the site. Lion Signature Inc is the project applicant and property owner. Alajajian Marcoosi Architects is responsible for the designs.
A new hotel and residential complex has been proposed at 1530 North Western Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of housing and hotel, replacing a surface parking lot and a duplex on the site. Super 8 Motel at Western and Harold Way is the project applicant.
