A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 8800 Burton Way in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. If approved, an on-site car rental business will be replaced. 8800 Burton Way LLC is the project applicant and owner. Architect Farhad Ashofteh is designing the development.
