1530 North Cassil Place is shaping up in Hollywood. The project will bring 200 new units to the area. DE Architects is behind the design, which has a scaled roof to blend the eight story structure with the surrounding community.
“Inspire” has recently opened at 1363 West Colton Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The building was developed by Bond Companies and brings denser housing to the region. It features an expansive rooftop deck with views of Los Angeles.
Framing has started to rise at 1530 North Cassil Place, in Hollywood, for development by Bond Companies, which has firms in Chicago and Los Angeles. Entitled, “Inspire Hollywood,” the structure is tucked a few plots away from Sunset Boulevard. As part of the Transit Oriented Communities program, it is a short distance from the Red Line.
