Pre-leasing has begun at 227 N First Street, in Burbank, according to signage posted on the building. The project, entitled “First Street Village,” is the beginning of the development of the site, which will contain three separate buildings that are rolling out in phases. Del Rey Properties is the developer, with Chandler Partners serving as the project’s general contractor.
4531 West Hollywood Boulevard, in East Hollywood, is nearing the finish line. The project, by Chandler Partners/Hollyhill Developers of Burbank, was expect to wrap up and the end of last year, but appears delayed. It is currently preleasing. When completed, it will bring 202 units with core and shell only retail to the irregular shaped lot.

“City Lights,” the new project at 4531 West Hollywood Boulevard, in East Hollywood, has reached structural height. WPIC construction has yet to finish the exterior, but the essential form is visible as the 70.6 feet tall, 438 feet long, 403 feet wide building takes shape, on the busy, corner-shaped lot.
