Affordable Housing Unwrapped At 437 South Westlake Avenue In Westlake

A new affordable housing project has been unveiled at its project site at 437 South Westlake Avenue in Westlake. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story building offering 63 apartments at affordable rates. Community Development Partners is the project developer. Architecture Design Collaborative is responsible for the designs.

A new mixed use building has been approved for 241 West 2nd Street, in Oxnard. It will serve as a homeless shelter on the ground floor, and have 56 affordable units on the upper floors. The project is a collaboration between the City of Oxnard, Community Development Partners, and Mercy House.
