A new residential project has been proposed for development at 3845 Fletcher Drive in Glassell Park. The project proposal includes the development of 37 three-story residences. Plans call for small lot subdivision of the project site. IHP Capital Partners and Comstock Homes are the project developers. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts.
A 755 unit community is planned for Hitch Ranch, in Moorpark. Comstock homes is the developer behind the ambitious project, which will incorporate a range of designs, including multi-family homes, starter homes, move-up housing, and executive housing. Plans are currently in the environmental analysis phase.
New homes are rising at Heritage Grove, located at 158 Lantana Street, in Fillmore. The planned community, by Comstock Homes, will bolster growth in the somewhat rural community, a short drive from both Santa Clarita and Moorpark. Local attractions include close schools, a historic downtown, and a local winery.
