New homes are rising at Heritage Grove, located at 158 Lantana Street, in Fillmore. The planned community, by Comstock Homes, will bolster growth in the somewhat rural community, a short drive from both Santa Clarita and Moorpark. Local attractions include close schools, a historic downtown, and a local winery.
There will be three sub communities, all of which will be made of single family homes. The first, Iron Horse, will have prices starting in the mid $700,000s. Homes will range from 2,000 to 3,177 square feet, and include two to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, with a two or three car garage. There will be six styles of homes.
The second community, East Bridge, will include new homes starting in the mid $600,000s. They will range from 1,612 to 2,478 square feet, have 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2 to 3 car garage. There will be a total of 74 of these units, in five different styles.
The third community, The Orchards, will have prices starting from the mid $800,000s. Units will include 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, and a two car garage. The homes will come in five different styles.
The community will include multiple amenities, geared towards the outdoors. The standout feature will be a 27-acre nature park. Other outside options include community parks, walking trails, a basketball court, a children’s playground, and a picnic area. Those interested in more information can contact the Heritage Grove sales center, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
