Affordable Units May Come to 4319 North Toland Way, Eagle Rock Boulevard
A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 4319 North Toland Way in Eagle Rock Boulevard. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story building offering dwelling units at affordable prices. The project calls for the demolition of a single-family residence and an apartment building on the site. California Landmark Group, through the entity JFP Toland, LLC is listed as the project applicant. JZA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
