A new infill residential project has been approved for construction at 10756 Wilkins Avenue in Westwood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story infill development offering residential units and onsite parking. The project will replace an existing single-family residence on the site. FIN Holdings LLC and Wilkins Group LLC–affiliates of Anaheim-based Keystone Builders Inc and Los Angeles-based Lumar Corporation are listed as the project developer. Labyrinth Design Studio is responsible for the designs.

Ramcliff Construction and Development has started excavation at 708 New Depot Street in Los Angeles. When completed, the site will provide denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to Chinatown. The site received an 11 percent density bonus.
