Labyrinth Design Studio Inc is managing the design concept and construction. Local investors Sina and David Mehdyzadeh are the property owners.

The property site is a vacant parcel. The five-story structure will offer 37 apartments above two levels of basement parking. The residential project will offer terraces and landscaped areas for the residents to enjoy.
The architecture of the building is a contemporary podium-style edifice clad in stucco. Cantilevered balconies and inset balconies can be seen wrapped around the facade.

The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The property site is located east of the 110 Freeway in Chinatown. Residents can enjoy city views and avail services from the grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The same developers are developing another housing project for a nearby property lot.
