A new multi-family residential project has been proposed for development at 333 Hope Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the addition of 34-story residential tower to Bank of America Plaza, an existing office tower. The project site is currently developed with an office tower, subterranean parking structure, and landscaped plaza. LARGE Architecture is responsible for the designs. RELM is responsible for landscape architecture.

The project site was previously named as 755 South Figueroa Street. Brookfield Properties is the project developer. Webcor Construction is the general contractor. Marmol Radziner is designing Beaudry, with LARGE Architecture serving as executive architect.
