Almost three years after being under construction, a high-rise apartment tower has finally topped out at 960 West 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The project site was previously named as 755 South Figueroa Street.
Brookfield Properties is the project developer. Webcor Construction is the general contractor. Marmol Radziner is designing Beaudry, with LARGE Architecture serving as executive architect.
Named Beaudry, the high-rsie will be city’s one of the tallest residential towers. The tower will rise a whopping height of 600 feet, housing 785 residntial units. The units will be offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Onsite parking for 831 vehicles will be provided in a podium garage.
Renderings reveal a mid-century-modern-inspired indoor-outdoor aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace decks, and a lounge on the 57th floor. Other common features include a podium top amenity deck, as well as co-working spaces, a golf simulator, and a swimming pool.
Beaudry is currently expected to open for residents in early 2023.
