Groundbreaking has commenced on an affordable housing project at 405 North Westlake Avenue in Filipinotown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering affordable housing and onsite services. The project is a joint venture between Holos Communities and Restore Neighborhoods L.A. Lehrer Architects is responsible for the designs.
