New housing is moving toward completion on what was once a small surface lot at 3004 West Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. A five-story project now branded Mysa will deliver 74 apartments in late 2025, according to the developer’s own project page and City permit records. Building permits and planning files list Ryda Development in partnership with Local Development, with design work by Lahmon Architects.
