The latest filing lists Holland Ashrafnia and North of Montana Place LLC as the applicant and property owner. Local Development LLC is listed as the project representative. Ottinger Architects is responsible for the design.

A five-story project now branded Mysa will deliver 74 apartments in late 2025, according to the developer’s own project page and City permit records.
