Plans have been submitted seeking the approval of a new apartment building proposed at 5101-5125 West Pico Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story apartment building offering affordable housing units as well. Los Angeles-based real estate developer Local Development LLC is the project developer. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
