The project proposal includes the development of more than 120 apartments. The City Council approved $45M for the projects. Century Housing Corp is the project developer.

The project proposal includes the development of affordable housing for seniors, replacing a collection of small commercial buildings. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved the release of up to $24.3M in bond funding for the construction of the mixed-use project. Mercy Housing of California is the project sponsor. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the design concepts.
An application seeking the approval of a new supportive housing project at 21300 Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, Los Angeles has been submitted. The project proposal includes the demolition of a series of automobile repair buildings and the construction of a four-story apartment building with street-level parking. The development team consists of Mercy Housing and LA Family Housing. Abode Communities is managing the design concepts and construction.
