Affordable Housing Coming to 1734 South Barrington Avenue, Sawtelle, Los Angeles
A new affordable housing project is under construction taking shape and form at 1734 South Barrington Avenue in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new six-story housing complex offering apartments at affordable rates. The project replaced a 1950s triplex on the site. Los Angeles-based firm Passo is the project developer. Aero Collective is responsible for the designs.
