A new apartment tower is rising at 3525 West 8th Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Cal-Coast Development and Rescore have paired up as the project developers. Nadel Architecture + Planning is responsible for the designs.
Vertical construction is complete and exterior finishes are starting to be revealed at 3525 West 8th Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Cal-Coast Development and Rescore are the project developers. “The Rise,” at 1331 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, has started pre-leasing. The project is by Rescore. It will bring 369 new apartments to the area and 2,872 square feet of commercial space.
Construction has topped out for 750 South Oxford Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The site was acquired by Cal-Coast in 2015 in conjunction with East Coast partner Rescore. Bernards Builders Inc. is the primary contractor. It has been entitled “The Rise.”
