Apartments Stacking Up At 12888 Crenshaw Boulevard in Gardena

A new apartment complex is on the rise at its project site located at 12888 Crenshaw Boulevard in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story building offering 200+ apartment units and onsite parking. Under construction, the eight-story building is rising just south of SpaceX headquarters. Cityview and Stockbridge Real Estate Fund are the project developers. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.

Glass Siding Starting to Wrap Exterior of 100 California Street, in Burbank

Glass siding is starting to wrap the exterior of the second of the “Iceberg” buildings at 100 California Street, in Burbank. Designed by Frank Gehry of Gehry Partners, LLP, the space will eventually be the offices of Warner Bros. Studios. The project has been named “Second Century,” in anticipation of Warner Bros. reaching a 100 year anniversary in 2023. The project is expected to wrap up in the same year.
