A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 12888 South Crenshaw Boulevard in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential development.
Cityview and Stockbridge are the project developers. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
Plans call for the construction of an eight-story building offering 265 apartments. Named Apollo, the apartments are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. The apartment building will also offer podium parking for 250 vehicles.
Renderings reveal a modern podium-style building. Onsite residential amenities include a pool deck, a fitness center, and multiple courtyards.
The apartment complex is anticipated to reach completion in 2025. The new apartment building sits a short walk south of SpaceX headquarters.
