A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2919 North St. George Street in Los Feliz. The project proposal includes the development of a residential community offering six small lot residences, designed as three-story buildings arranged in a row. The residential community will replace a single-family residence that was built nearly 120 years ago.
Saint George SLS, LLC is listed as the project applicant.
The scope of work includes the demotion of the existing single-family residence to make way for six small lot residences. The project proposes lot subdivision to house the residences. Each residence will feature three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.
A project application was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The residential community is located south of the Rowena Reservoir.
