A small-scale hotel project is under construction taking shape and form at 1145 Highland Avenue in Manhattan Beach. The project proposal includes the constriction of a hotel offering nine rooms and onsite parking. The project replaced a 1930s commercial building on the site. Tony Choueke of Beach Man Properties, LLC is the project applicant. Tomaro Architecture is responsible for the designs.
