Offices to be Rebuilt at 5228 Whittier Boulevard, East Los Angeles
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 5228 Whittier Boulevard in East Los Angeles. The project proposal includes rebuilding a three-story office building to offer revamped and renovated office spaces. The Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA), is the project developer. Urban Design Center is the project manager. House & Robertson is responsible for the designs.
