Project applications have been submitted to the Department of City Planning seeking the approval of new residences at 8942-8960 South Western Avenue, Gramercy Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of apartments that will replace a string of small commercial buildings. Legass Investments Inc is the property owner and the project developer.
Real estate developer, City Century, seeks approval to demolish a 1930s structure at 1201 South Grand Avenue in South Park, Los Angeles to develop a forty-story apartment complex with retail space and on-site parking. The developer is aiming for groundbreaking in early 2022. MVE + Partners is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
On December 9, 2020 the Director of Planning for the city of Los Angeles approved Skyview Sunset’s bid to begin the process of implementing a new living space on 1501 North Fairfax Avenue. Located on the cross streets of Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue, this new development will also be within walking distance of a multitude of Metro Bus Lines.

The project application was submitted by Wiseman Residential to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
A new small lot residential development has been proposed at 6540 Shoup Avenue, located along the border of West Hills and Canoga Park in the western San Fernando Valley. Plans submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning outline the redevelopment of the site with a for-sale subdivision consisting of 10 single-family homes, accompanied by five attached accessory dwelling units, for a total of 15 residential units.
