Jamison Properties has nearly reached structural height at 2880 West James M. Wood Boulevard, also referred to as 900 Vermont Street. The building is one of several developments taking place in Koreatown. The property is part of the Transit Oriented Communities incentive program, with the Wilshire/Vermont subway station a couple of blocks away, transporting the purple and red lines.

Plans include six stories of construction, with two stories below ground for subterranean parking. 62 stalls will be set aside for compact parking, as well as 6 stalls for disabled parking, and 125 for standard parking. There will also be 131 long term bicycle spaces, and 22 short term spaces.

The structure will be 70.08 feet tall, 363. 17 feet long, 126.33 feet wide. It will also include 3742 square feet of landscape. The ground floor will be used for retail and restaurant space. 193 apartment units will be in the floors above, 20 of which will qualify as extremely low income. 35 of the units will be studio apartments, 150 will have one bedroom, and ten will have two bedrooms.

Wilshire Construction is working on the project which includes a fitness room, recreation area, pool deck, rooftop terrace and main entrance lobby. The project is expected to finish in August of 2021.
