New construction can be seen taking form at 425 Palm Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. ETCO Homes has successfully broken ground and initiated construction work for developing a five-story condominium complex with basement car parking spaces. Kevin Tsai Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
The residential property will feature twenty condominiums occupying a total area of 63,800 square feet. The units are offered as a mix of one, two, and three bedroom dwellings. A two-level parking garage at basement level will be constructed to offer parking spaces for 62 vehicles. On-site amenities include a rooftop deck and a pool.
The architecture style is contemporary, expressed via a glazed terra cotta facade showcasing cement plaster and aluminum exteriors.
The project site is located at the northwest intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Palm Drive.
The project is estimated to be completed and ready for market by mid-2022.
