The building will be six stories high. It will be 79 feet tall, 119 feet long, and 102 feet wide. The dimensions will nearly fill the 1/3 acre lot the structure is on. Inside, there will be 60 apartment units, including one, and two-bedroom layouts. Some of the units will have balconies.

The design is by Coe Architecture. The podium layout is broken up by an open air circulation corridor. The white lattice detailing on the top of the building is a reference to the Los Angles City grid, and adds a distinct addition to the composition. The permit valuation for the projects is 11 million dollars.
