“Juliette” recently opened at 11246 West Otsego Street, in North Hollywood. Los Angeles-based LJ Properties is the developer. The residential building will add low-income housing to the central location that has a WalkScore of 94.

The building is six stories high. It is 67 feet tall, 137 feet long, 71 feet wide, with 50,700 square feet of floor. The inside has 70 apartment units, seven of which are low-income housing. Designs include studio and one-bedroom apartments, some of which have lofts. Prices start at $1,750 and cap out at $4,500 for a penthouse unit.

Amenities include a fitness center, controlled access with security cameras, intercom access, and high-speed wifi in common areas. Pets are allowed in some units. In the two levels of the subterranean garage, there will be 13 compact, 4 disabled, and 44 standard parking spaces. The site includes 70 long-term and 7 short-term bicycle parking spaces.

Sam Aslanian is the architect behind the design, which includes a rooftop pool. The permit valuation, at the time of filing, was $9.1 million. Applications for new tenants are currently being accepted.
