A new small lot subdivision will soon replace a single-family house constructed in the 1930s at 8327 North Burnet Avenue in North Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes an application seeking approval to redevelop the site into nine single-family dwelling units. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence.
Asaf Glazer is listed as the property owner who acquired the land in early 2019, according to the city records. GA Engineering is managing the design concepts and construction of the houses.
Renderings reveal a contemporary design for three-story structures, each featuring three bedrooms. On-site amenities are inclusive of a two-car garage and a rooftop deck for each residence.
The project is under review and will undergo multiple stages to begin construction. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is located two blocks east of Sepulveda, neighboring multiple affordable and supportive housing developments under construction.
