Construction is complete for a new multifamily development located at 1655 Allesandro Street in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project site is positioned at the northeast corner of Allesandro Street and Effie Street, just southeast of Glendale Boulevard. The development replaces a single-story warehouse previously occupying the site. The project was developed by A.J. Khair Development & Construction, with architectural services provided by GA Engineering.
