The building will be 45 feet tall, 214 feet long, and 40 feet wide. It will reach four stories tall, and have 22,200 square feet of floor. 16 apartments will be inside, composed of 1 three-bedroom, 5 two-bedroom, and 10 one-bedroom units.

Amenities will include a rec room, gym, lobby, and a 1,000 square foot deck. Parking will be at grade. There will be 6 compact, 1 disabled, and 15 standard parking stalls. 16 long term and 2 short term bicycle parking spaces will be provided. Several bus stops are within a few steps of the location, the closest being at the corner of Woodman Avenue and Oxnard Street.

GA Engineering is behind the architectural design. The exterior features a tiered composition clad in charcoal gray siding and light gray stucco. Many of the units will include balconies, and the renderings show decks with glass railings. $4.2 million was the permit valuation at time of fling.
